Customs duties and taxes on delivery

The United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland are not part of the European Union, so every parcel goes through customs clearance there. We ship on DAP (Delivered at Place) terms: we cover the cost of transport to the recipient, and import charges are paid by the recipient. Product prices and shipping costs do not include taxes or customs duties in the destination country.

Before delivery, the carrier may ask for an additional payment, which may include:

  • local VAT,
  • customs duty.

The amount depends on the order value and the regulations of the destination country. It is set by the customs office and the carrier and paid by the recipient – usually via a link sent by the carrier by text message or email. The parcel is delivered once the payment has been made.

To avoid these formalities, you can order to an address in Poland or another EU country.

If you refuse to accept the parcel, it will be returned to us. We issue the refund for the order once we receive it – see Returns & Complaints for details.
